Compliance of company
After registration of a company many rules and regulations have to follow as Company Act. If any rules are un-followed is punished financially. For example:
Annual Return Submission: As Company Law every company will submit annual accounts to the authority on time. If failed to do so is punished financially. Sometimes director’s are punished, or company, depend upon law of the country.
Illegal activities: If any activities are made by the directors or company will be treated as punishable offence.
Accounts and audit issue: If audited report is not submitted and/ or audited report is made without supporting papers and/ or find any doubtful transaction was made will be treated as offence.
