  • b) The general partnership is formed when two or more partners come together to start a business. All the partners will be liable for the debts of the company.
  • c) Limited partnership – For this type of partnership, there is one major shareholder and partner which will assume all rights and responsibilities of running the company. There will also be a silent partner. The major partner will have unlimited liability in the company while the silent partner will have a limited liability.
