Requirements of professional visa Category 1 in Malaysia are as follows:

1. Preferrable MBA/ Any master degree in business
2. Require academic certificate, marksheet and testimonial from university.
3. Preferrable position of the company is Managing Director, General Manager, CEO, CFO, Sr. Manager
4. Usually visa sticker is given for 2 years and renew before expiry.
5. Age 40 years and above
6. A complete resume/ CV
7. Color photograph
8. Expected salary Ringgit 15000 and above
9. Tentative monthly payable income tax against salary Rm 1000-1800, based on number of dependents.
10. Expected visa approval required time 10-15 days for main applicant.
11. Eligible to apply for PR after 3 years T & C apply.

You will be happy to know that dependent can apply to stay with applicant after approval of main applicant. Main applicant can bring spouse, kids age less than 18 years, parent and father and mother in law.

Requirements of professional visa Category 2 in Malaysia are as follows:

1. Preferrable MBA/ Any business graduation
2. Require academic certificate, marksheet and testimonial from university.
3. Preferrable hiring position of the company is Sr. executive or Manager
4. Usually visa is approved for 2 years but sticker is given for 1 year, no other renewal fee for 2nd year visa sticker except visa sticker fee.
5. Age 22 years and above
6. A complete resume/ CV
7. Color photograph
8. Expected salary Ringgit 5000 and above
9. Tentative monthly payable income tax against salary Rm 600-1000 based on number of dependents.
10. Expected visa approval required period 2-4 months for main applicant as directly cant hire without maintain a complete hiring procedure. Director (employer) will publish a job advertisement in government job portal. Potential candidates will be sort listed and called for an interview and final selection candidate will be hired through immigration procedure.
11. Eligible to apply for PR after 3 years T & C apply.
