Required documents & information of registering a Sdn Bhd Company

• Passport copy of the director (minimum one shareholder is required)
• Email and contact number of each director (shareholder)
• Residence and business address in Malaysia (Consultant with us)
• Share capital and share allocation number within shareholders
• Business nature (3 nature of businesses can add maximum in one company)
• Proposed 3 companies name

It's required 5 working days to be completed the formation work through SSM (Government ROC department). Fees 9000 to 10,000 The services are inclusive:

• Company incorporation
• Company secretary
• Bank account opening cooperation
• Nominated person
• Address
• Govt. and professional fees

Now days, it is some challenges to open account. But, all the clinets opened account successfully. 1-2 weeks are required for verification, after that 1 week for review and approval after another one week.
