SSM Requirements

1. Owner or partner must be Malaysian Citizen

2. Owner or partner must be at least 18 years old

3. Only owner or partner allowed to apply

When you reach the head office you must go to level 14. Your forms which you filled up must be given there to the counter. Additionally, you must bring your Identity Card along with you.
