• Attach one copy of the license i.e. issued by the Ministry of Energy and Industry.

• For commercial registration- you must fill up the application form, attach necessary documents and pay wages (in case of 49 percent foreign owned and 51 percent Qatari owned). If a foreigner owns 100% share of the company, Ministerial approval is required

• First of all, obtain the trade name registration & article of association approval from ministry of justice.
• Submit the copy of trade name and article of association for issuing of CR.
• Once you obtain the CR, fill-up the application from of trade license and submit it to the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
